Yo, just hit F11 during gameplay! It'll show all the important stats including your ping.
The easiest way to check your ping in V Rising is to press F11 while in-game. It brings up the debug info!
When in doubt, Alt + F4 will solve all your problems LOL. But for real, just hit F11.
