Open PUBG, head to the settings menu, click on 'Gameplay', and then enable 'Network Debug Statistics'. You'll see your ping in the top left corner of the screen during a match!

Honestly, just enable 'Network Debug Statistics' in the settings. Easy peasy.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, then head to the 'Performance' tab and check your network details. Not the most accurate method but works in a pinch!
From personal experience, turning on 'Network Debug Statistics' in the 'Gameplay' settings tab gives you real-time ping data. It's a lifesaver during intense battles!
