To check your playtime on Xbox, go to 'My Games & Apps,' select the game, then tap 'Game Options' and look for 'Statistics' or 'Progress.'

Honestly, some games don鈥檛 even track this info. You'll have to check in-game stats or look on Xbox's 'Achievements' section.
