Open the PS4 Settings menu, go to Account Management, then Account Information, and finally click on PlayStation Subscriptions to view your PS Plus expiration date.
You can also check it in the PlayStation Store under Services List.
In your PS4 Settings, navigate to Account Management, then Account Information, and finally PlayStation Subscriptions. It'll show you the expiration date right there!
