Super easy! Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Accounts > Payment and Subscriptions > Subscriptions. You'll see your PS Plus expiration date there.

Just open the PS5 Settings, navigate to Users and Accounts, then go to Accounts. Now head to Payment and Subscriptions, and finally Subscriptions. Voila! There you'll find your PS Plus expiration date.
