Open the PlayStation App, tap on your profile icon in the bottom right, select 'Payment Management,' and you'll see your PSN subscription status.

I always just go into the PlayStation App, tap on the three horizontal lines to open the menu, go to 'Account Information,' and select 'Subscription Management' to see the details. Works every time for me!
