Super easy! On your PS4, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Wallet > Transaction History. Pick a date range and voila!

Just hop into the PlayStation Store, go to your profile, and select 'Transaction History.' You'll see all your purchases there.

You can also check it on the PlayStation website: log in, head to 'Account Settings,' and find 'Transaction History' there. Works like a charm!
