To check recently deleted on Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three-line menu in the top-right corner, select 'Your activity,' then go to 'Recently deleted'. There you can see and restore posts you've deleted in the last 30 days!
Profile -> Menu -> Your Activity -> Recently Deleted. Voilà!
Had to do this last week! Just go to profile, hit the menu, select 'Your activity,' and then 'Recently deleted'. Found everything I needed there.
