Another way is to head over to 'Settings,' select 'Users and Accounts,' then 'Account,' and finally 'Payment and Subscriptions'鈥攜our redeemed codes will be listed there.
Honestly, if you don't see a game you redeemed, just try redeeming the code again. It'll tell you if it's already been used.
From my experience, the easiest way is through the PlayStation App. It shows all your recent transactions and purchases including codes you've redeemed.
