Easy peasy! Just open your Steam client, click on your name right at the top right corner, and then hit 'Inventory' from the dropdown menu. Your Steam gifts will be chilling there, waiting for you to either add them to your library or re-gift them to a friend. Remember to send a thank you note if it's something cool!

Honestly, just hit up your Inventory on Steam. If you've got gifts, they'll be there. No gifts? Maybe drop some hints to your friends about your wishlist.
