You can see the time in The Division 2 by opening the map. It's right there in the top-right corner of the screen.
Quick and easy! Just open the in-game map (press M on PC or the touchpad/options button on consoles) and look at the top-right corner. You'll see the in-game time right there!
Speaking from my experience in the game, you just need to pop open that map screen. The time will be in the upper right corner – easy peasy!
Honestly, why bother checking the time? Just get lost in the chaos of post-pandemic NYC!
