Check your locker for the earliest Battle Pass items you've unlocked. The season name will be right there!
Honestly, just ask yourself if you remember the Meteor event or the Cube. Those are hard to forget and were tied to specific seasons!
I remember checking my email for the first receipt of V-Bucks purchase. It had the date which helped me figure out my starting season!
Go through your old screenshots or video clips if you have any. They usually have timestamps that can give you a clue.
