Actually, I'm pretty sure you can't change servers willy-nilly. You gotta play where Riot puts you unless you jump through some hoops with their support team. Helps keep the lag monster away.
Finding out your server in Valorant is super simple! Just look at the homepage's bottom right corner when you're logged in. You'll see your current server region next to your ping. If you're trying to play with friends from another region though, you might need to create a new account or change your region through Riot's support. Good luck!
