As of now, there's no direct way to find out the exact date you became friends with someone on Roblox. You could try asking your friend. Maybe they have a better memory than you do!
I've been playing Roblox for years, and I can confirm there's no official feature to know when you friend someone. I've had to rely on old messages or screenshots to keep track.
