I don't think you can actually see your EA account email directly through Apex on PS4. Best bet is to check the email account you usually use for gaming stuff. EA sends emails when you make an account or buy stuff, so check for those.

If all else fails, contact EA support. They're surprisingly helpful with account stuff.
Super easy! Just start Apex Legends and head to the lobby. There's a 'Settings' option, go there and you'll find an 'Account' tab. Your EA account info, including the email you used, should be displayed there. Happy gaming!
