When you're in the mission, press F6 to bring up the network overlay. This will show you your ping and other network stats in real time.

Easy peasy! Just hit the Esc key to bring up the menu, then go to the 'Options' tab. Click on 'Gameplay' and you'll see a setting for 'Ping Display'. Turn that on and you'll see your ping in the top left corner!

You can also check your ping by looking at the network icon next to your squadmates' names. A green icon means good ping, yellow is okay, and red means it's time to call your ISP!
