Easy peasy! Just go to your Xbox Game Pass perks section, find the Discord Nitro offer, and follow the on-screen instructions to redeem it. If you haven't already linked your Discord account, you'll need to do that too!
The easiest way? Open your Game Pass app and grab the Discord Nitro offer in the Perks. A few clicks, and you're all set.
