Go to the Apparel cache in the Apparel menu, which is the place where you can claim outfits. If you have any unopened caches, you'll be able to open them there and get your outfits.

Check your mailbox at the Base of Operations. Sometimes outfits are delivered directly there, especially if they were part of a promotional event or purchase.

Just head to the Apparel menu in the game, select the outfits you've got, and equip them. Can't miss it!
