Just play the main quests and follow the path. You'll stumble upon the Mantis mission eventually, no need to stress.
To claim the Razorleaf in Starfield, head to the Denebola I-b system. Look for a ship called the Mantis and complete the mission 'Mantis Quest.' You'll find the Razorleaf waiting for you in its hidden lair. Best spaceship ever!
Found it myself! During the Mantis quest on Denebola I-B, I came across some puzzles and enemies. Beat 'em, and the Razorleaf is yours. Totally worth it!
