How to Claim Rewards in The Division 2

The rewards should automatically appear in your inventory. If not, check the Store tab in the game menu.
Open the in-game menu, navigate to the Store tab, and you'll find a section for rewards where you can claim everything you've earned.
In my experience, you just go to the in-game Store from the menu and look for the 'Claim' section. Any rewards you have should be there. Happy looting!
