First, make sure to power off and unplug your Xbox 360. Open the disc tray and gently wipe the lens with a microfiber cloth and isopropyl alcohol. Make sure to use only a small amount of alcohol!

I've found that using a can of compressed air can help blow out any dust. Just be careful not to tilt the can and keep it upright to avoid any liquid coming out.

For a DIY approach, you can use a lens cleaning disc specifically made for this purpose. Run the disc in the console as per instructions and it should do the trick.
