Simple! Use a microfiber cloth and clean from the center of the disc outward. Avoid using circular motions.

You can also try using a bit of water and a drop of mild soap on the cloth, but make sure it’s completely dry before putting the disk back in the Xbox.

I've had success with some toothpaste (non-gel) on scratches. Just apply a small amount, rub gently, then rinse and dry completely. Worked for me!
