Honestly, if they're really valuable cards, just leave the dirt. Cleaning might do more harm than good.

I accidentally spilled soda on one of my rare cards and panicked. Wiped it off gently with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, and it was good as new. Gentle is the way to go.

Getting dirt off your Pokemon cards is pretty easy! Just gently wipe the cards with a soft, dry cloth. If that doesn't do the trick, slightly dampen the cloth with water (just a bit, you don't want to soak the card) and gently rub the dirty spots. Make sure to let the cards dry completely before you stack them back or put them in sleeves. And remember, no harsh chemicals or scrubbing, or you'll risk damaging them!

Pro tip: Use a microfiber cloth to clean your Pokemon cards. It's gentle and won't scratch the cards like paper towels or rough fabrics might. Just a light wipe should do.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
