First, turn off and unplug your PS3. Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe the exterior. For the vents, a can of compressed air works miracles to blow out dust. If you're feeling brave, you can open it up and gently clean the inside with the air can and a small brush.

Honestly, just use a vacuum to suck out the dust from the vents. Works well enough.

From personal experience, switch it off, unplug everything, and use a little bit of isopropyl alcohol on a cloth for stubborn smudges. Compressed air is your best friend for the vents. Your PS3 will thank you!

Unplug the PS3, use a microfiber cloth for the exterior, and compressed air for vents. Don't forget to clean the discs too!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
