Just use a microfiber cloth and some isopropyl alcohol. Wipe from the center outwards. Easy-peasy!

To clean Xbox 360 discs, use a soft, lint-free cloth and wipe gently from the center to the edge. Do NOT use circular motions!

I've found that a bit of water and mild soap on a lint-free cloth works wonders. Rinse, dry thoroughly, and you're good to go!

Don't bother with fancy cleaning solutions. A damp cloth is all you need. Keep it simple and your discs will be fine.
