I've done this a few times: unplug everything, open it with a torx driver, blow out dust with compressed air, careful with the fans, and close it back up. Easy!

Dude, just take it to a professional or a friend who knows what they're doing. Saves time and potential heartache.

Honestly, just get some compressed air and blow it in through the vents. Works well enough and avoids complicated disassembly.

First, you鈥檒l want to power down and unplug everything. Then, carefully open the Xbox 360 with a torx screwdriver. Use compressed air to blow out dust, and a soft brush for stubborn spots. Don鈥檛 forget to clean your fans and vents!

Unplug it, then open it up using a torx screwdriver. Blow out dust with compressed air and gently use a soft brush for tough spots. Reassemble and game on!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
