How to clean laser lens on Xbox 360
First, power off and unplug your Xbox 360. Open the disc tray, and while it's open, blow compressed air into it to dislodge any dust. If that doesn't help, you'll have to open up the console and gently clean the laser lens with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol. Be careful!

Use a laser lens cleaning disc. It's a disc with tiny brushes that can clean the lens without needing to open your Xbox 360. Super easy and less risky than taking the console apart!
Just use a cleaning disc. Simple and no disassembly required!
I had trouble with my Xbox 360 reading discs, so I opened it up, cleaned the lens with a Q-tip and some rubbing alcohol, and it worked perfectly after that!
