How to Clean out a PS3
DistributingJoke路7 months agoAlright, here's the lowdown: turn off your PS3, unplug it, and grab a can of compressed air. Blow out those vents like you're blowing out birthday candles. After that, use a dry microfiber cloth to clean the surfaces. Done and done.

I've done this myself! Unplug the PS3, open it up carefully, and clean the insides with compressed air. Use a soft brush for the stubborn dust. Be careful with the internal components!
Take it apart, clean it, put it back together. If that sounds like too much, just stick to blowing the dust out with compressed air.
Honestly, just get a can of compressed air and blow out the dust from all the vents. That's good enough for most cases.
First, unplug your PS3 and take it to a well-ventilated area. Use a can of compressed air to blow out the dust from the vents and ports. Then, gently wipe the exterior with a microfiber cloth dampened with a bit of water. Avoid using harsh chemicals!
