Poisoned items? Just get rid of it and move on. No time for digital toxins in my life!

To be safe, delete the poisoned item and change your account password. Also, run a virus scan on your device!

My experience: I had a 'poisoned' hat, and all I did was delete it and report the user who sold it to me. Problem solved!
