Grab a soft, lint-free cloth (avoid paper towels) and gently wipe the disc from the center outward in straight lines. Avoid circular motions!

Use a microfiber cloth with a tiny bit of water or rubbing alcohol. Wipe from the center to the edge, not in circles.

I once used toothpaste on a scratched Xbox 360 disc. Just spread a small amount, rub gently, rinse, and dry it off. Worked like a charm!
