To clear the cache on your Xbox One, press and hold the power button until it shuts down completely. Then, unplug the power cord from the back of the console and wait 10 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on. Voila, cache cleared!

There's no direct option in the settings to clear the cache, but you can do it by holding the power button until the Xbox shuts down, then unplug the power cord for a few seconds before plugging it back in and restarting.
