Clearing disk space on the Steam Deck can feel like a treasure hunt, but it's actually simple! Start by removing games you no longer play. Just navigate to your Steam Library, select the game, and choose 'Uninstall.' Another trick is to clear download cache via Steam settings. Go to Settings > System > Clear Download Cache. And don't forget to delete unnecessary files, like old screenshots or game saves you no longer need. They might seem small, but they add up!

I was struggling with disk space too, but then I realized I had a ton of screenshots and videos saved from all my gameplays. Deleting those freed up way more space than I expected. Also, check for any DLCs you've installed for games you're not currently playing. You can always re-download them later!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
