You can’t clear Facebook's app cache directly. Uninstall then reinstall the app to wipe out the cache. Good as new!

Simple! Open Facebook app > Tap the three lines (menu) > Scroll down to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Browser > Clear Data. Voilà!
