You can clear the Netflix cache by reinstalling the app. Just remove Netflix from your channel lineup, restart your Roku, and add Netflix back. Easy peasy!
Go to Home > Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset to clear the cache. Warning: This resets everything, so use it as a last resort.
I tried the system restart, reinstallation, and factory reset. Restarting worked like a charm for me!
