To clear 'Recently Played' on Spotify, open Spotify on a desktop, click your profile at the top right corner, select 'Profile', go to 'Recently Played', and remove the songs you wanna hide.
I've tried clearing it before. You can't remove it directly, but listening to new music will eventually push old tracks off the list!
It's not possible to clear 'Recently Played' on Spotify. Just vibe with it!
