ManningAndy路5 months agoHonestly, turning it off and on again does the trick. Hold the power button for 10 seconds, unplug, replug, and you're golden.

Go into the Settings menu, select 'Devices & connections' then 'Blu-ray' and finally tap on 'Persistent Storage', then hit 'Clear Persistent Storage'. Voila!
Super easy! Just hold down the power button on the front of your Xbox Series X for about 10 seconds until it fully turns off. Unplug the power cable, wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and power it back on. Done!
In my experience, the manual power cycle (holding the power button, unplugging the power cord, and waiting) works wonders and is quick to do!
