Cloning a Steam Deck SSD isn't rocket science but definitely needs some tech savviness. First off, you'll need a cloning tool - plenty of free options out there that work great. Connect both the original and the new SSD to a PC (you might need external adapters for this). Use the cloning software to mirror the old SSD onto the new one. Once done, swap the SSDs in your Steam Deck. Remember to back everything up just in case!

Honestly, just don't. The risk of messing something up is high if you're not super tech-savvy. Plus, there's always the chance of voiding your warranty. Better to expand your storage with a microSD card or something.

Done this myself! Used Macrium Reflect to clone my Steam Deck's SSD. Worked like a charm, and not as hard as you might think. Just make sure to double-check which drive is which so you don't wipe the wrong one.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
