Trade up! Start with a few commons and see if you can trade with others to gradually get more of what you want. It's like the stock market but with Pokemon cards.

Get Pokemon Cards by playing games on Playbite!

Start by buying booster packs or theme decks from reputable retailers or the official Pokemon website. You'll find lots of common cards in these, plus the occasional rare find! Also, check out local trading card shops or online marketplaces for individual common cards or bulk lots. Sometimes, other collectors might be willing to trade their duplicates.

The easiest way? Just ask friends who play the game. Most players have stacks of common cards they're trying to offload. Offer to trade or just see if they're kind enough to give you their extras. Card swaps are a thing too.

Honestly, why focus on the commons? Collecting's all about those rare and shiny ones. Commons are everywhere.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
