When your weapon is done cooking in the Foundry, go to the Foundry, select the weapon and click 'Claim'. Boom! New toy acquired.

Once your weapon is finished crafting in the Foundry, just navigate to the Foundry menu, find the completed weapon, and hit the 'Claim' button! Time to start slicing and dicing!
