You can't combine pets directly in Adopt Me. But you can make a Neon pet by aging up four pets of the same kind and then taking them to the Neon Cave!

Tf you mean making a Neon or Mega Neon pet, you need four fully-grown pets of the same species to create one at the Neon Cave.

You can enhance your pets by making them Neon or Mega Neon! Just age up four identical pets and head to the Neon Cave.

Unfortunately, Adopt Me doesn't have a feature to combine pets. You can, however, trade pets with other players to get the ones you want.
