To complete the Bad Santa Challenge, you'll need to become a Santa, kill someone with a sleigh, and burgle at least 10 houses! Get that red suit ready!
Forget everything else, just focus on killing someone with a sleigh. The rest will fall into place.
I did it by becoming a mall Santa, then using the 'Commit Crime' option to kill someone using the sleigh. After that, I burgled a house each year until I hit 10. Easy peasy!
Get the Santa job, commit a crime with a sleigh, and burgle houses. Boom. Challenge complete.
