Just merge everything in sight, lol. But seriously, start with the dragons, then clear and heal land ASAP. And don't forget to merge those statues at the end!

Honestly, don't sweat it too much. I tried like a billion times before I got it. Just make sure to merge in fives and keep your dragons harvesting non-stop. The key for me was not to rush merging the Gaia Statues until everything else was in place.
