Just grab a Coolant Canister from the Exploiter Orb, find a Fracture on Orb Vallis, and defend it. Easy peasy!
I did it solo by running around, sealing fractures with canisters, and blasting anything that got close. A good CC Warframe helps a lot!
To complete Fractures in Warframe, you need to seal Thermia Fractures on Orb Vallis. Grab a Coolant Canister from the Exploiter Orb, then head to a Fracture, and insert the canister to seal it. Protect it from enemies until the timer runs out!
