I've done this quest a million times! Head to Cephalon Simaris in a Relay, get the Synthesis Scanner, and pinpoint those flashy targets. Scan 'em till you complete the objectives.

To complete the Synthesis quest in Warframe, you'll need to talk to Cephalon Simaris at any Relay. He'll guide you to target specific enemies for scanning. Equip your Synthesis Scanner, find the special targets, and scan them until the quest objectives are met.

Skip the details, just scan the targets Simaris asks for! Done.
