First, you wanna start as a male in the US, then get a bunch of illnesses. Visit the doctor until you get cured (or not!).
Just get sick a LOT. Like, go lick doorknobs or something. Then die. Simple as that!
I completed this one by getting every illness available, avoiding treatment, and then finally dying from one. Not the healthiest way to go out, but it works!
