Find Romania on the starting menu, keep aging up until you encounter a vampire, get bitten, and voilà! You're a vampire now. Suck the blood of at least 2 people to complete the challenge.
Alright, so start in Romania, and as you age, keep an eye out for the dark alleyways! One of them will offer you the chance to become a vampire. Once you've turned, sink your fangs into two NPCs and you're done!
Honestly, I just kept starting lives in Romania until I eventually got offered the bite. It took a few tries but it worked!
