Just use TEdit. It's a Terraria map editor. Literally takes minutes to clear all the corruption. Not exactly the 'in-game' way, but hey, time is precious.

Honestly, just learn to live with it. A little Corruption never hurt anybody, right? Makes for some good challenge. Plus, Eater of Worlds is a cool boss to farm.

Removing Corruption in Terraria is like trying to clean your room while your pets are still playing in it - a bit of a task, but totally doable. The Clentaminator is your best friend here, combined with a hefty stock of Green Solution. Spray away generously to purify the land. Don't forget, digging wide hellevators around the corrupted areas can also help keep it from spreading to your pristine zones. If you're feeling extra, Sunflowers and Hallow can also slow the spread pre-hardmode. Good luck!

If you're all about that 'purist' Terraria life, get ready for a grind. Clentaminator, Green Solution, and a bunch of patience. Remember, Corruption spreads to stone, sand, ice, and grass, so target those blocks first. Also, check underground; those corrupted areas are sneaky.
