To completely reset Undertale on a Mac, delete the game's save files. Go to ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale and trash the files there.

For a full reset on Mac, delete the Undertale save directory: ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale.
