If you're playing on a console, go to the game settings and look for the option to delete saved data. This will reset the game completely.

Easy peasy! Just delete the Undertale save files from your PC. On Windows, you'll find them in `%LOCALAPPDATA%/UNDERTALE`. On Mac, they are in `~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/`. Once they're gone, you can start fresh!
