Just plug it in and Steam usually figures it out. If not, use Big Picture Mode. Honestly, it's 2023, if Steam can't auto-recognize your controller, are you even gaming?

It's pretty easy to configure a controller on Steam. Just plug in your controller, open Steam, go to 'Big Picture Mode' (the controller icon at the top-right), select 'Settings' > 'Controller Settings' and you'll see options to configure your controller. Steam supports a lot of different controllers, so you should be good to go!

Had to customize my PS5 controller for a specific game. Went to Big Picture Mode > Controller Settings and was able to tweak everything. Super intuitive!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
